Bloomsbury Festival

Princes trust. Bloomsbury. Street Festival. Okay. Let's go.

So they sectioned off Bloomsbury (central central London). Add an Architecture Festival, a gay pride march and a massive stage, and you got our gig on Saturday. The sun was shining and there were shitloads of people. Nice.

We turned up at 11 am for sound check and met the organiser, Jim. I walked up to him and he instantly said, 'I take it you're in one of the bands?' I said 'Yes..' He said 'Great. You look like shit, rough night?' Great. So i won't be calling Proud Gallery to get my money back from the sambucca they sold us the night before...

Whilst waiting around for eternity, we stumbled across our latest addition. World, meet Rocco.

This is the latest thief. And when he plays, the world smiles. He was playing with a bucket drumming street busker and after a word in his ear and a practice in a car park he'd joined the band.

We played at about 6:30 and it went perfectly. Thanks to the crowd (who couldn't have been better) it was possibly our best gig. Here are some flicks.
